Teflon™ Sheets are a high performance, synthetic fluoropolymer. Teflon™ is the registered trade name of the common plastic material polytetrafluoroethylene, otherwise known as PTFE.
Teflon™ characteristics include very high strength, self-lubrication properties at low temperatures, together with durability and toughness, also at low temperatures. Our Teflon™ sheet materials have excellent flexibility at temperatures above -70°C.
The long-term service temperature range of Extruded Virgin Teflon™ Sheet is from -200°C to 260°C and has a short-term maximum service temperature of 300°C.

This is because Teflon™ sheets are chemically inert, melt at high temperatures, and are resistant to corrosion.
Skived Teflon™ sheets and Teflon™ films are available in a wide range of material variations and in continuous rolls or can be cut to your desired length. We offer standard or custom widths to reduce wastage and scrap.
MCP Engineering Plastics Limited are a UK Teflon™ sheet manufacturer with in-house cutting and tooling capabilities. We have tooling available to laminate, punch, or die cut all our skived Teflon™ sheet and film products. All our Teflon™ sheets and films can be furnished with one or both surfaces etched for adhesive bonding.
We also offer a wide range of high-performance Teflon™ tapes and Teflon™ films for critical applications.
