- Thickness ranges from 0.5 mm (.31″) up to 150 mm (4.00″)
- Wide range of standard sizes available ex-stock
- Extra-large sheets 1500 × 1500mm (60″ x 60″) and 2000 × 1000mm (79″ x 39″) are ready for despatch
- Available as Ground sheets and Dimpled sheets
PTFE Plates are a high performance, synthetic fluoropolymer. Characteristics include very high strength, self-lubrication properties at low temperatures, together with durability and toughness, also at low temperatures. Our PTFE Plate materials have excellent flexibility at temperatures above -70°C.
The long-term service temperature range of Virgin PTFE Plate materials are from -200°C to 260°C with a short-term maximum service temperature of 300°C.
