MCP Engineering Plastics Limited are a PTFE disc supplier. Our PTFE disc products are available in virgin PTFE, modified PTFE and filled PTFE, with the widest range of metric and imperial sizes.
Our PTFE discs have a range of properties, to select from, including:
- Thickness ranges from 0.5 mm (.31″) up to 150 mm (4.00″)
- We have a wide range of standard sizes available ex-stock
- PTFE Discs are cut from stock sheets, typically 1500 × 1500mm (60″ x 60″) and 2000 × 1000mm (79″ x 39″). We ensure our CNC cutters minimise scrap and wastage.
PTFE discs are a high performance, synthetic fluoropolymer. Characteristics include very high strength, self-lubrication properties at low temperatures, together with durability and toughness, also at low temperatures. Our PTFE disc materials have excellent flexibility at temperatures above -70°C.
The long-term service temperature ranges from -200°C to 260°C, for extruded Virgin PTFE discs, with a short-term maximum service temperature of 300°C.

Our PTFE discs will compress to maintain a tight seal, forcing the PTFE to conform to the irregularities of the sealing surface and recover respectfully.
MCP Engineering Plastics Limited are a PTFE disc manufacturer with in-house cutting and tooling capabilities. We have tooling available to laminate, punch and die-cut PTFE discs from standard or skived PTFE sheet and film, available from stock. All our PTFE discs can be furnished with one or both surfaces etched for adhesive bonding.
We also offer a wide range of high-performance PTFE tapes and uncut PTFE films, for critical applications.
